The personnel we dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our project manager and interior designer provided guidance and suggestions and we are delighted with the outcome. The subcontractors used by Main Street were excellent and if we encountered a problem our project manager got it resolved.

We love our new kitchen. It’s not only beautiful, but much more functional as well. The team at MainStreet Design did a great job of listening and delivering what we asked for initially. We would definitely use them again.

The project management scheduling is lacking.

Our experience with MainStreet has been great! The project manager quickly and efficiently minimized surprises throughout the project and also worked expeditiously to resolve any concerns.

We appreciate that MainStreet offers Design & Build all in one centralized place. We were very pleased with the Design portion of our project. The Build portion has been met with many setbacks and delays. While not always a reflection of the MainStreet crew - it feels like we were met with extremely bad luck with the preferred cabinet maker and our appliances. Even with these unforeseen delays there seemed to be a general lack of planning during the construction phase.

What an amazing group of individuals from the top on down. Main Street touts itself as taking the worry out of your project from beginning to end. And that is so true! What a great group of people. For my project, I only had a select few. But, from Steve and Christine to Kevin and Rick, the experience was amazing. First, Steve put up with my details for my pergola (which he probably regrets-just kidding). Then, Rick, the project manager was always there to answer a question, or knocking on my door for any concerns. Lastly, Kevin is a treasure. I get up early and would text Kevin and he would be answering within 5 minutes. Telling me he was on any concerns I had. I could go on. The finished project is beyond my expectations. Its all in the details. The final pergola fits so well to the frame of my house, even the tiny detail around the gutter. The height is awesome. Matching my stone to pre-existing stone, makes it look like its part of the original house and not an "add on". I am so amazed at my finished project! Additional thanks for using Walpole-this time. The detail in the pergola really is amazing. My pergola looks like no one else's. I will definitely be using them again for projects I have in my for the future. When you give them a project, all your headaches are gone for looking for contractors. That leaves you all the time for looking for your tile, etc. What a great idea to have a company to complete a project from beginning to end and have QUALITY contractors to do it!! I think the process they use from start to finish is very effective and they are very organized and clear about expectations, scheduling, and whose responsible for what. They let me know who is going to be in my house and they are very respectful of my property and personal space.
