MainStreet Design Build is thorough, and they are maintaining the schedule. They are expensive, but that's the price you have to pay for great work.

Our lower basement renovation was a big success due to the talented designers and construction team at MainStreet! From the start, we were impressed with the level of creativity and responsiveness that Doug Klee offered as we planned a lower level family gathering, exercise, and gaming space. Once the construction began, our project manager, Ken, did an excellent job of ensuring the quality of work done met our high expectations.

I would unequivocally recommend MainStreet Design Build to a friend. The project manager and every professional who entered my home was just that - extremely professional and very much an expert in what they were doing from design to wallpapering and painting, to plumbing, flooring, and installation of custom closets and carpentry. Communication and follow up were outstanding. Any issues that came up as the renovation proceeded were either anticipated or addressed immediately. I couldn't have had a better experience!

The personnel we dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our project manager and interior designer provided guidance and suggestions and we are delighted with the outcome. The subcontractors used by Main Street were excellent and if we encountered a problem our project manager got it resolved.

We love our new kitchen. It’s not only beautiful, but much more functional as well. The team at MainStreet Design did a great job of listening and delivering what we asked for initially. We would definitely use them again.

Everyone we have worked with has been great! Loved being able to design and see renderings of the project before we said yes…However the premium cost didn’t result in the project being on time nor be completed efficiently. Really hope when the project is done it’s worth the time and cost.

The project management scheduling is lacking.

Our experience with MainStreet has been great! The project manager quickly and efficiently minimized surprises throughout the project and also worked expeditiously to resolve any concerns.

We appreciate that MainStreet offers Design & Build all in one centralized place. We were very pleased with the Design portion of our project. The Build portion has been met with many setbacks and delays. While not always a reflection of the MainStreet crew - it feels like we were met with extremely bad luck with the preferred cabinet maker and our appliances. Even with these unforeseen delays there seemed to be a general lack of planning during the construction phase.
