The coordination with the Lucas staff was easy and collaborative, including working with their preferred vendors for product selection to complete the project.
Lucas Craftsmanship is organized, friendly and their crews are very skilled. They cleaned up very well at the end of every day and were very nice. I hope to use them on more projects in the future. I could not be happier.
Allthough the work took three times longer than expected (mostly rain delays) we are very satisfied with the workmanship and warranty.
A written estimate of 4 weeks in the Contract is now 13 weeks and counting with promises to “end soon” that never seem to be met.

The painting was really great. We had an issue with a potential leak that we didn't know about when we took the ceiling off. We were thinking it was going to be a huge hassle but they said it wasn't a problem and fixed it. They were great at problem-solving and we really appreactiated that.
Lucas Craftsmanship did an excellent job renovating an unfinished room on our second floor. Their foreman was great at communicating the timeline, their workmen were diligent and friendly, and the finished product was exactly what we envisioned. Pricing was reasonable and final cost was within initial estimate. Would highly recommend them for other work.
Lucas did great work on our remodel; we are really pleased with the results and wished we had done it sooner! Our only complaint is that it took twice as long as the plan.
It was quite a large renovation (10 months) and they did a fabulous job! Visitors come to the house after completion and they're just taken aback at the job that was done. The guys were exceptional and didn't push back when we made requests or changes. They were very intent on pleasing us.
There were a few missteps during construction but Lucas Craftmanship kept its promise of "We'll take good care of you". We are very satisfied with the brand new house they built for us and we would use them again if we ever build a house again.
