Kelly and his apprentice were very efficient, knowledgeable, informative, and very polite. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they changed out both my water heaters and how clean their work was. I highly recommend them and Legacy Plumbing without ay reservation.

The service person left the door to the attic open when he left, allowing our cat to get into the attic. He also did not vacuum the carpet, even though he got insulation from the attic on it. (A competitor vacuumed the carpet for us in a similar situation). He did not leave a complete quote; it did not include the model number of the water heater. He did not include work for a subcontractor for the roof on his quote. He charged over $110.00 for a visit in which he just left a quote. A competitor charged us only $39.00.
Legacy plumbing did an excellent job in being able to schedule quickly and completing the work on time for attaching a bidet with a very tight space to fit the plumbing. Will be using them for any future pluming requirements.

Two problems ; stopped up drain and leaking toilet . Drain problem fixed but instead of fixing toilet I was quoted $185 to replace a $27 plastic flapper, Said he could not just replace the flapper but had to rebuild the whole thing. NOT what I consider a practical or cost effective solution. I will use some other plumber.

Showed up VERY quickly after I called in a plumbing emergency. Replaced the faulty shower cartridge quickly, very courteous - job well done.
