We are operating at our normal service hours and performing all services. On behalf of everyone at Legacy Plumbing, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. We are dedicated to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the community. Legacy is constantly monitoring the situation to ensure we are taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. As a company that is founded on servicing personal homes and businesses, we are asking customers to notify us if anyone has had symptoms that the CDC has identified as being related to the virus. Our Technicians are performing "No-Contact" service calls and wear CDC-approved PPE (i.e. masks, gloves, etc.) and wash their hands/use hand sanitizer frequently. Legacy has always had high standards of keeping the areas we work in cleaner than the way they were before we arrived and we continue to do so.
We were pleased that Legacy Plumbing could come the next day to replace our hot water heater. The technicians did a great job, were careful, and cleaned up. We would recommend them. When the hot water heater broke we called Legacy because we have used them for the past few years for other plumbing work.
My experience was overall positive. The professionalism while at my house, the flexibility with scheduling, and the quality of work all lived up to the reviews and references I'd checked beforehand. The pricing felt outrageous, and there's no cost-effective way to get multiple quotes, because each company charges $150-$200 just to show up at your house. It felt a little extortionate as a result, since this repair had to be done, and I felt a little sick the rest of the day. But, it's done, and it seems that it was done right, which counts for a lot with me.
They were on time, courteous, and did the job requested.
Wayne and Henry are incredible. They were thorough, honest, and repaired things the right way. They did not have an easy job here and spent the time needed to locate the problem and fix it right. They also did all they could to get us the best price. Will use them again every time.
Legacy Plumbing clearly cares about service and quality. Steven and Jeremias arrived on time, communicated well throughout and did a very high quality job adding a PRV and replacing the shutoff valve at my new house. They are truly a 5-Star company.
This was such a smart choice for us. Finally a plumbing company that was honest at the beginning and the end of our service call. Gerald was efficient, knowledgeable and related the situation to us without any flimflam‼️ Our problem was fixed and we are definitely satisfied.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Responsive on weekend to quote and schedule work. Arrived on time, professional and quality work performed. Answered all questions, thoroughly explaining everything. Work area was left clean. Scheduled city inspection for a day based on my availability. 100% would use again and refer to others.

I was VERY impressed with Luis Mena! He was very professional and thoroughly investigated the problem and communicated the solution in easy-to-understand language. He went above and beyond in every aspect. I would request Luis if I need to call Legacy Plumbing for another plumbing issue. Legacy Plumbing was the only plumbing company that mentioned needing a permit and inspection from the City of Frisco to replace the PRV - that told me they would do quality work and weren't afraid to have their work inspected afterward. I probably could have gotten the job done cheaper, but I don't think I would have experienced the same remarkable service that Luis delivered and would not have had the same peace of mind that everything was done right.

Response time was very quick. Canon and Adam did terrific work. Informed us throughout all the steps they were taking. When we had a slight concern on a Friday, they even swung by to check in on their way home from work
on time, good workmanship and high quality of work
Ahndre was an excellent and friendly technician. He quickly assessed the situation and made it clear to me what was needed. He also proactively let me know, pending what he found, where there may be a choice to be made. He quickly resolved my issue and made recommendations for future improvements.

Wow. Luis Mena. Wow. Great service - such knowledgeable plumbers, on time, so so so clean, respectful of carpeting (shoes), they explain everything. Very happy with these guys time and time again.
The technician was resourceful and demonstrated some serious thought as to how to solve the problem. Quick to rectify the problem and left the work area clean.
