This is a Flat Rate plumbing racketeer. Avoid at all cost. I paid $1500+ to have a SIMPLE hot water heater replacement that took less than 90 minutes. I asked about replacing a flush valve in my toilet replaced - Their Flat Rate was an additional $175.

technician was very friendly and informative. took care of the issue. i did not like the surprise add-on to the bill at the end. it was not part of the (1) phone assessment range, nor his quote to me at the beginning of the job. something that he told me took a few minutes was an add'l $100 - those are attorney rates. not really fair and took advantage
