We are dedicated to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the community. Legacy is constantly monitoring the situation to ensure we are taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. As a company that is founded on servicing personal homes and businesses, we are asking customers to notify us if anyone has had symptoms that the CDC has identified as being related to the virus. Our Technicians are performing "No-Contact" service calls and wear CDC-approved PPE (i.e. masks, gloves, etc.) and wash their hands/use hand sanitizer frequently. Legacy has always had high standards of keeping the areas we work in cleaner than the way they were before we arrived and we continue to do so.
The price was really high for the work performed?
Lead plumber Kelly and assistant plumber, I think his name is Mitchell, arrived, were courteous, and repaired my water heater and the valves of a shower. They gave me the prices up front and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. The lead plumber showed a high level of skill and knowledge, likely due to solid experience and training. They provided a quotes for a tankless water heater, including giving me options on different installation configurations and answered my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and the water heater and shower valves are working great. I could not have asked for a better experience!
Very knowledgeable and cooperative concerning my requests. Very transparent on unit costs and how any repair work can proceed.
Professional, courteous, timely and personable. Easy to work with. Plumbers shower up when they were scheduled, explained in detail what the problem was, what needed to be done and how long it would take. All charges were defined prior to work being done and the only change was due to additional work that we requested.
Legacy is definitely at the top of our list of who to call

I called Legacy Plumbing for a second opinion. They were very professional and thorough, going under all parts of my pier and beam foundation to find the source of the moisture under my house. Unlike the plumbing company I called first, Legacy did not try to sell me something I did not need. They were honest and did not rush the job. I ended up spending half what the first company charged for work that addressed the source of the problem. They are my plumbers from now on.

Great quality work and fair price
I have used Legacy plumbing for a few years now. Three different service calls; employees were always professional and knowledgeable. Prompt, courteous, capable. Pricey, but that's a fair exchange.
I am undecided on recommending Legacy Plumbing to a friend due to issues encountered with removal of broken water heater tank.
Technicians arrived and assessed the problem quickly and provided detailed explanation of repair assessment. Jordan and Cole were quick and thorough with the repairs using high quality materials with valve replacements that will last significantly longer than worn copper. Will definitely be using Legacy Plumbing on future needs.
