We are dedicated to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the community. Legacy is constantly monitoring the situation to ensure we are taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. As a company that is founded on servicing personal homes and businesses, we are asking customers to notify us if anyone has had symptoms that the CDC has identified as being related to the virus. Our Technicians are performing "No-Contact" service calls and wear CDC-approved PPE (i.e. masks, gloves, etc.) and wash their hands/use hand sanitizer frequently. Legacy has always had high standards of keeping the areas we work in cleaner than the way they were before we arrived and we continue to do so.

Cannon and Jonathan are true professionals. Their explanation of the problem and sharing of the video of the sewer blockage gave me confidence in the necessity of repair. I was also impressed that the cleanup after the excavation was so complete. If you had not seen the huge cavity they required, you would not be able to find its location.
Two technicians came. The first one did not have correct machine to fix the problem, and the 2nd one came and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. The problem is I was charged twice. I think it is the fault of your technician's fault without correct tools for your job and should not charge your customer for it. I do not want to give a bad score for this so I just stop here.
Price was very high for the type of services rendered

I called a couple of different plumbers here in The Colony to repair laundry faucets. These 2 other companies were quoting me 325 for a 15 minute job. I recalled my neighbors had used Legacy and they were very happy with the price and quality of work that they had done. I called they gave me a rough cost of 175. They came out the same day. These guys went over and beyond. They charged us 130. You can't go wrong having this company do your plumbing! Sherrie

Legacy Plumbing did amazing work on the tub that was leaking around the plunger. He even went and checked my hot water tank, my toilets and a few other places just to make sure I wasn't having a problem I didn't know about....and I didn't. I appreciate the quality of work, but also that little extra. I would definitely have Legacy Plumbing back in my house.

During the validation process, the technician discovered an issue that needed correction, provided an estimate for the additional work and we will be scheduling that work after the holidays.
