Legacy is constantly monitoring the situation to ensure we are taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. As a company that is founded on servicing personal homes and businesses, we are asking customers to notify us if anyone has had symptoms that the CDC has identified as being related to the virus. Our Technicians are performing "No-Contact" service calls and wear CDC-approved PPE (i.e. masks, gloves, etc.) and wash their hands/use hand sanitizer frequently. Legacy has always had high standards of keeping the areas we work in cleaner than the way they were before we arrived and we continue to do so.

We called for help with Allen’s parents house. The entire water supply had to be replaced due to leaking. Wayne and Ahndre did a superb job, efficient and well done. Quality is obviously of great importance for them as it is for us. He kept the homeowners and us all informed of progress throughout the project. He came in on the low end of the original estimate. We are very pleased. At the end of the project we had some more minor work done in the kitchen which again was done efficiently and with excellent attention to detail. Wayne said he would do it the way he would do it in his own home and I believe he did.
Logan was honest, thorough, and explained each step well. Carmisha was awesome on the phone to get my appointment scheduled and help me with my questions.
On one hand, I trust Legacy to take on the toughest problems my house can throw at them, but the services rates are very high. Hopefully, this is a case of "You get what you pay for". Time will tell.

They systematically isolated three leaks under my foundation, and provided detailed explanations and updates as they progressed. Matthew articulated relevant findings in "consumer-friendly bites." The result is a confident trust of Legacy, and I'll utilize them from now on, as swell as recommend them without hesitation.
In response to my request for service email, Clinton was proactive in providing possible repair options based on the age of our equipment. Once we decided to replace our current water heaters, Luis and Aaron were quickly in route to fulfill our service needs. They were on time, professional, detailed and worked very neatly. The work was completed in a timely fashion with highly -ated replacement equipment. We selected Legacy due to the vast number of great reviews and not disappointed in any way.

Not likely that I would be asked since I don't get out in the neighborhood much anymore. I live on a fixed income and felt like my quote was more than I could afford. Legacy was the second plumber we called after the first did not fix the problem. I selected Legacy based on the excellent online reviews. Logan was timely based on the original schedule and let us know when he was coming. We explained the problem - a sink that was backing up into the 2nd sink which meant a clogged pipe in the wall. Logan fixed our problem and put our sinks back together. We were very satisfied with the service and price was as explained. I will definitely call Legacy again if we need a plumber. Would highly recommend their services.
