When we had a leak that caused some water damage I asked him to provide an estimate. He worked well with my homeowner's insurance. His workers were great. They were all cognizant of my need for cleanliness and privacy. They were on time and got the work done in time for Thanksgiving.

He is detail-oriented too, focusing on the small (but important) things one would not think of, but he does. He is organized and methodical in his work and in his management of his team. Anna is great with the business side of it and sooo responsive. LIS is my go-to contractor for all my home improvement needs. We are starting a third home project and are looking forward to working wth Julien and Anna again.
