They are excellent.

Quality of service seems to go in cycles. Sometimes its good others not so much.
She said Keane Landscaping now do people across the street and down the block because they see how good they are.
The customer service is terrific. Ben, the General Manager, calls and is always helpful. However, I have had broken sprinkler heads, and sometimes they cut things too short. Ben is very apologetic when this happens and trys to find solutions for me.

Keane Landscaping, Inc. does very good work, but it's a premium priced service and they are expensive.
The amount of money charged to us per month were too much for the services provided. The property is very small and the monthly charge was too high.
Keane does an okay job but rarely does the weeding and bush trimming that is advertised. They only do the latter on request.
Their prices are out-of-control high.

The crew did sloppy work. They hardly put any mulch down, the plants weren't planted deep enough, and some of the plants are already dying.

I have had multiple communication issues with this company. In addition, I was billed for a large project was completed, and separately billed for work I declined in advance twice. This is poor management. They also aways seem willing to sell me something rather than discuss an issue.
They have not to be spectacular. They call me back late when I have requested them to do something. It is a week and 1/2 later which is not timely.
Unfortunately a horrible experience. Terrible customer service, charges for things you dont ask for. Does services you dont ask for. Plants sun flowers in shade and shade flowers in sun. No actual thought given. Very much a blow and go operation. Under staffed. I could go on and on.
They never showed up when they said they would and billed me for that time. I would never recommend.
There are patches of grass that died and Keane Landscaping needs to take them. I'm unhappy and would like them replaced

I would never recommend them because they had to come back multiple times to do what they did not do. They took out the stakes of a tree that I had recently planted, and it took forever to get them to come back out to fix that. They tried to bill me for many things that I did not have them do. The owner was almost laughing in my face a bit. I don't think they're honest, and they tried to do a whole bunch of things that were unnecessary.
The pricing and cost.
I waited for them to come back and do the future service and there had been no communication, I called twice and left a message to try and get them to help me with my sprinklers and Maurice never got back in touch with me. I had to hire another company.
It wasn't done as they said. They had to come back to do the grass all over again. They also took dirt away.
