We had a great experience with Jarrett Industries. We had a very unique project remodeling a rooftop patio that consisted of a combination of flooring, roofing, railing, and gutters. Jarrett Industries was up to the task and were able to get it done when others could not. Randolph managed all the subcontractors that were needed to do the job correctly and saw it through to the end. We are very happy with the finished product!

Working with Randolph and the Jarrett Industries team was great! Randolph spent a lot of time with us in our home to educate us on the benefits of the product and kept us within budget and timeline - and we are happy that he did! Once the process got going, the materials were ready earlier than expected and were installed efficiently over two days. The installation team was very polite and considerate. Randolph made sure the one small issue we had was resolved fully. Jarrett industries did a good job, Amanda was absolutely top notch in keeping me informed and doing quality work. I am hesitant to do reviews because I've been too frequently reminded that "anything less than 5 stars is a failure!" - at that point, the idea of a review is worthless. My idea of a good review is to be honest and point out to the provider areas to improve and to potential clients areas to watch out for. For me, 5 stars is abso-frickin-lutely perfect, no issues, no punchlist, absolutely sure I got the best deal for my money. Comments along the lines of "you should have mentioned that to us!" are not productive and seek to shift responsibility for quality control to the consumer.This job was good, but by no means perfect. I would have preferred a more detailed statement of work, presented before I had to sign the deal, preferably by email. Also, a schedule would have been helpful- not something that was to be followed absolutely, but to show the order of the work to be done. There was confusion about what was to be done, which had to be cleared up via the punchlist- particulary with regards to wall repairs. Once the punchlist was complete- it was great, but I was a bit disappointed that there was so much on the punchlist, including a pretty obvious issue like using a clevis pin clip in place of a missing hinge pin. Randolph is rather too fond of statements along the line of "I'm not trying to sell you..." and then going right into selling. I understand that selling is his job, but an immediate contradiction of what he just said is a bit disconcerting. A simple statement along the lines of: "I saw you could use new windows- I've got a lot of experience with that, and I think I can help you, once you are ready for that aspect of the project." Estimates were also rather hard/impossible to get from Randolph- I'm sure he wants to deliver accurate information, but, as a consumer, I want to have an idea of what I'm going to be starting before I ask people to spend time making detailed estimates. I will definitely consider Jarrett Industries for more work, but the work was not so perfect that I would not get bids from others.I believe I paid for a premium service, but as someone who has not contracted out a lot of this work, I don't have a depth of experience to compare- I'm not 100% sure I got that premium service. I am sure I got a good service, a few blemishes that had to be cleaned up.

They are amazing, they do everything above and beyond. You can tell Randolph Jarrett is very passionate about what he does.
