Communication - Communication with the foreman once the job started was excellent, but we could have been updated more regularly while waiting for the job to start.
Recognized Excellence - Jeff was thorough and professional in the quote process. Ty was exceptional in managing the project through to completion .
Areas For Improvement - Communication - once the deposit was given we were not updated on a regular basis to identify the start date. Realizing the weather and other projects make it hard to give an exact date, more frequent check ins would have been appreciated.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Materials, craftsmanship and crew were excellent. Always professional! We were really impressed with how clean they left the workarea when they left. Stored some materials in our basement and left it cleaner than they found it :)

The roof on our porch was leaking as it had not been properly sealed and aligned with the siding of the house. Jancon Exteriors easily corrected the issue and the roof no longer leaks! We were on a very tight timeline and they were able to do the work very quickly for us.

We had an A+ experience with Jancon from the very beginning of the project to the very end. They showed up on the day we agreed upon, they left the outside of our home clean of debris at the end of each day, they finished the project on time, and the siding they installed three years ago still looks brand new. I've seen Jancon's signs in front of other houses in my area, and those houses look as great as mine does. I also should mention that our plow driver hit our house plowing our driveway last winter and damaged some of the siding and trim work. Jancon came back and repaired the damage and did such a great job that it is impossible to see where the damage was. I would not hesitate to recommend Jancon. They are great.
