We were very pleased with the crew and all of the work they did. The work involved drywall repair, indoor painting, wallpaper removal, outdoor power washing, outdoor painting, and deck staining. Everything was done quickly and expertly at a very reasonable price. The owner of the company was hands on in planning the work and overseeing the crew. One minor issue -- while painting the bathroom, the crew had to remove the wall light fixture. In replacing it, they reattached the wires with tape rather than a plastic wire connector. Eventually the light malfunctioned and an electrician had to be hired who found the improper connection and fixed it. In total, however, I still consider the overall work excellent and would have no problem recommending the firm to others.

He did what he agreed to do and thereby fulfilled my expectations. I am confident he provided the best value and his price was competitive.

I think overall our experience was excellent; we were extremely impressed with the ability to communicate effectively with the owner, Alex, before the project in terms of planning and interviewing as well as throughout. That communication is critical so that we are on the same track with him. There were a lot of logistics involved in moving furniture and repairs on our part and theirs. They were very flexible. We asked them if we could add things along the way; they said yes, and they did. That was excellent in accommodating our needs, and even though it added additional cost, it was our choice. It made the project that much more effective for us to expand it a little bit. It was the first time we had a painter. It was an outstanding experience. The communication and flexibility were key factors that made it very effective.

Innovative Inc did an outstanding job remodeling a home for us. The work included repainting the entire interior and significant parts of the exterior, entire remodeling 3 ½ bathrooms, kitchen tiling and remodeling, new flooring throughout, lighting installation, drywalling, exterior power washing, deck re-staining, and building 2 flights of custom stairs.

Additional Comments - I have used Innovative Painters to paint the entire outside of my home including woodwork repair and window wrapping. The most recent project was the painting of three ceilings. I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of Innovative Painters work as well as their prices. I have never felt they were up-charging or overcharging me. I intend to use them for any indoor or outdoor painting projects i have.
