I liked that they came in a pinch. They came at the very last minute—I had a very last minute project. Their price is incredibly competitive and their work was outstanding. I mean, they were just phenomenal. I don't think they charged me until I was fully happy with it, which, of course, I was, right off the bat. It was an interior painting job. It was a full one-bedroom, two-level condo. They get an A from me. I have already recommended them.

They did some painting inside the house, and they did some stuff outside too. They are not bad. Some stuff sometimes was not done correctly. We told them to do it again and they did it again. He's bringing in different people, so some of them, OK, but some of them need to be watching what they are doing.
It's kind of a mixed experience. They painted all the windows shut and they got paint on the screens and did some damage here and there. It's our own fault. I think he would have come back when he got all finished and rectified some of the problems, but we didn't ask them to come back to do that. They also put paint all over the yard. They did a pretty good job of painting. The painting part was good, but they chopped some of our bushes back. It's a hard house to paint, so I can't really blame them too much. I would grade the overall experience with a B-. Customer service was all right too. It was getting paint over everything and not appreciating the fact that they shouldn't have cut down the bushes without asking us and getting paint all over everything. If they were really experts, they wouldn't done all of the things that they did. An expert means you do everything right. Their painting was great. That was another problem too, I know spraying stuff not a good idea, but all the sudden, we thought we were going to get a paint job and then they ended up spraying half of it. Spraying is not too good. We weren't really that happy because there was a lot of problems.
