Would probably recommend Highland. Generally happy with the re-roof and solar project. Heavy rains delayed project for several months. Payment method (to solar vendor rather than Highland) caused additional delays. Payment method caused Highland to believe we were slow paying, resulting in delays.

I have frankly been quite disappointed in the lack of responsiveness from Steve Mills, and others in responding to my questions beginning after a contract agreement was signed and payments to Highland were begun.

The employees were great, understanding, and took care of everything. We have no complaints. Everything was fine, and we hope to continue working with them.

I've used Highland Commercial Roofing on a number of roofs. I'm always very happy with the actual roof and the follow-up service. We will continue to use them.

We are very pleased with the new roof. The new skylights let substantially more light into our dark warehouse and they did not leak from the side ventilation slats during the wind driven rain as the ones they replaced did. The new roof addressed all the problems from the original 40 year old roof. The installation team was very professional and nothing was damaged or broken by the installation crew.
