Global Warming and Cooling

Global Warming and Cooling know how hard it is to have to hire someone to come to your home and fix something you may know little to nothing about. We know the extent it takes someone to have to find someone you can trust and will be honest with you. That is what separates us from the rest. We treat everyone like family. We sell at wholesale prices and we take our time and explain in detail and show you first hand. Our licensed technicians take their time and show you. No need to wonder if the person you hire is telling you the truth or not. We have homeowners who want to follow the process and our technicians walk them through everything if that is what they want. With wholesale prices, we show our customers first hand. We listen and communicate to all their needs and wants.

Review of One Water Systems by

I've been really happy with the water. It's delicious. I feel safe drinking it. I really don't know why everybody doesn't get this. It's a very good investment.

Scott was really good at selling the job and the company. They were a little bit higher and turned out very good with a good value.

Kim Lee Richards did an amazing job of focusing our needs and design. she called out a cabinet design that changed our who approach. We had to make several changes on the fly since the project was already underway. This is a service where the squeeze is well worth the juice.

They were on time and their work was great. Would use them again.

Are solar shingles a good option for my home?
Solar shingles are expensive and unproven.  I recommend Sun Power photo voltaic solar.  An average home is $20,000 to $30,000 and the return on investment is 4 to 6 years on a 25 plus year system.
What is the biggest "gotcha!" that customers experience when doing a kitchen remodel? (and how do I avoid them?)
Being too trendy especially if you are going to sell the home in a few years.  Also, if you are staying in your home, installing cheap cabinets like IKEA is a big mistake.
