I have been involved with Five star rated for years. I no longer get as many leads as i used to, however. this is in part to the economy. People are not spending as they used to, this has impacted every business far and wide. So, with this said ROI is not what it used to be. and cost keep rising
In comparison with some of the other sales lead companies the quality of leads with 5 star is better and response from end user is better. But cost have to come down to a manageable level.
5-Star is an honest company that provides valuable leads for our business. I would recommend any company needing leads to try it out and make your own determination.
Five Star Rated is a huge part of our marketing plan each year. The team is amazing to work with and the lead quality is great!
We haven’t received any calls from Five Star. It might be a different experience with other companies, but so for whole year, we haven’t had any leads come in through Five Star.
We are very pleased with the turnout we've received from Five Star
Despite being listed on the platform for some time now, we have not received a single lead. This is incredibly frustrating, especially given the investment we made to be part of this network.
The book is great
the leads are of good quality
Since Five-Star started adding ratings without a review with contractor or, allowing contractor to respond to negative reviews, our leads have been limited. We were 4.7 out of 5.0 - lower than the competitors. MOst of the leads are repairs which other vendors refuse to provide. Very disappointed.
Only would recommend to a quality contractor, not necessarily to a friend if he was not a good contractor.
We like the business we get from Five Star
We generate enough leads this way to justify the annual cost. It is pricier than others but it is more effective.
Not many quality leads lately.
I would recommend.
Good service but not worth the money. ROÍ is a huge loss
Very reputable company representing very reputable service companies.
Results are mixed. When we went live we got a lot of calls for things we don't do, in places we don't go, from folks that were not our typical customer. I supplied many examples and was told these were coming through the call center, so that was disabled (turned off). A call center was never discussed as part of my onboarding. I was told there is no portal to dispute calls, so I was sent an extract to review. I listened to calls, disputed those that needed disputing and sent it back. Silence. Apparently somebody eft the company. There's been a lot of this kind of confusion.
Meantime, we're getting some leads, closing some jobs and booking some revenue - which is why we signed up. IF the backend, admin, processes stabilize, this service has good potential and my rating will rise in the future.
Overall very pleased with Five Star Rated...been using them for over three years now. It is the only "publication" that has ever worked for us. Would highly recommend.
We would recommend Five Star Rated to a friend or any business we highly regard. It has been a great experience working with them through the years. They have helped grow our business (and sustain our business during tough years, such as COVID).
We pay less for the leads, but the quality and quantity of the leads is considerably less than with Best Picks.
I feel we get excellent exposure for our participation.

Increase in printing and call center fees are beginning to make this service untenable
This service is no better than ANGI.
We are very happy with what we are getting from Five Star Rated.
