We had nothing but problems since day 1. Will never recomend 5 Star.
We have not seen the benefit of this service as we do not receive any leads (just invoices) from Five Star Rated.
I like that there is a standard monthly fee and that my inclusion in Five Star is not dependent on customer reviews.
If you have a high end business, it's probably worth trying 5-star rated for one year.
I don't use any forms of advertisement because this one is the most successful.
The number of leads increased and it's been a great program.
The profile page appears to attract potential customers that are looking for a contractor that fits their idea of what they are looking for in a contractor.
They are a good quality company that backs up what they say, and gets good referrals for me.
Five Star Rated is on top of their game, from authenticating their participating vendors to following up with the customers of those vendors to make sure the quality and service is in check. Their thoroughness and transparency to qualify their namesake is something every business should take note of. In today's world it's easy for anyone to fact check anything. Five Star Rated leaves no stone unturned and we are proud to have them as a business partner.
They have been a great advertising outlet for our business with fair pricing.
I'm relatively new to this relationship with Five Star Rated. My initial experience has been lacking in information and reporting, which is why I'm hesitant to refer them to anyone.
The sales leads that we get from Five Star Rated, don't seem to get as good as the leads we get from Best Pick Reports. Also, it we would be nice if Five Star Rated had a more used friendly interface for suppliers to listen to calls, like Best Pick Reports.
Five Star Rated has been a very wise advertising decision for us. We always get a good rate of return!
We have been satisfied with the leads and quality of leads we have received through our relationship with 5-Star Rated. We look forward to a new year with lots of new customers generated by 5-Star Rated,
It's a good platform that cuts to the chase, with honest and legitimate feedback.
Great Company! Been using 5-Star Rated for years
Yes I would be likely to recommend five star to any business with a good reputation
We have been listed in Five Star for several years. With the exception of a few duplicate or bad leads its still very helpful in getting a quality contractor from conversations I have had with my customers.
We get a lot of response from the book.
The service provided by Five Star has been directly in line with what Ryan had promised.
It helps facilitate a better relationship between the customer and the vendor because they are getting a higher caliber of service. You start higher in the process and improve the service between the customer and the vendor.
We get good quality leads from Five Star Rated Publications.
We have been using it for like 8 years and always get really good returns on it. The clients that come from Five Star Rated are usually quality and we are able to close them on the phone.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Five Star Rated Member Feedback as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
