Timothy did a great job of bringing the training we specifically needed to the field guys in ways they understood. Multiple "Oh" and "Ahaaa" moments during the day. The light bulbs really started working and just in the short time since his training we have Foreman, Lead Technicians, and Project Managers looking at their jobs from a completely new view point. I have seen Tim speak at many events in the past like JLC with great insight to how the production process works. It was time that the rest of our staff shared in his experience and knowledge.

Our field managers were excited to make changes after his visit, and all of them commented on the fact that this wasn't just "some consultant talking". Improvement Suggestion - Yes, A part TWO, THREE, and further would be a great benefit. I would love to have Tim back at least once a year (or twice) with implementation plans and follow through. We hit the surface of our challenges with this visit, it would be great to go deeper and also be part of the implementation
