Crews use masks and eye protection on jobsites. We're providing soap for hand washing and additional supplies as needed. Crews are still going out but taking precautions to keep distance, driving their own cars to jobs, hand washing, etc.
They were easy to work with, and it was a pleasant experience.
I think they did a very good job. It took longer, and it was more expensive, than I expected. The work was done very well, and I am happy with the result.
The team that installed my retaining wall was very quick and professional. The end result is better that I could have hoped for and both myself and my neighbors love looking at the beautiful work.
Highly recommend!!! You will be very satisfied with East Coast Landscape Design.
They did a nice job when they said they would at the agreed upon price.
Designer Mark Huebner quickly understood what we wanted and used his skill and experience to make it much better in an economical manner. The foreman Roberto was a true craftsman, paying attention to details in everything. Both Mark and Roberto were responsive and accommodating. Best of all it's a company with expertise in everything from design and concrete to masonry and foliage.
Mark Huebner was great. They exceeded our expectations! Their landscape supervisor was very helpful as well.
We appreciate owner Mark Simpson's flexibility when we needed to change part of the plan. Roberto and his crew did a fantastic job on our lawn and house brickwork.
Excellent work closing a hole in foundation area chewed by raccoons. The area was difficult to access due to being under a very low deck, however, they were able to replace all the plywood and added screen for extra security against animals. BRAVO for a job very well done.
Mr. Huebner was professional, responsive and courteous. It was pleasure working with him.
I got exactly what I wanted. The skill and expertise of the team really showed in the finished project, and I have already received compliments from the neighbors.
We called East Coast based on some neighborhood feedback. We first had a visit from the designer. She was prompt and left us with a drawing of her recommended plan. We received a formal contract that included a description of the company and it's resources as well as the plan. We quickly accepted the proposal , but it took about 3 months to get on the schedule. It would have been helpful to know the schedule up front. It wouldn't have changed our desire to have the work done, just would have been helpful to know. In the end the work was done quickly and mostly as planned. Mark was easy to reach and ask questions of. We would definitely recommend East Coast to other friends.
My project included a drainage issue as well as a hardscape patio. East Coast Landscape Design was helpful with the approval process with my homeowners association. The staff was helpful and friendly. The stonework itself looks great. The crew cleaned up after the project was completed I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
Basically, they have done multiple jobs for me and they always do a great job!
On time each day, good wood supplied, great attitude, finished on time and laughed at my stupid jokes. Powerful stuff.
The execution is not satisfying. I only got it done less than a month ago, and I have a lot of weeds growing out of it. I don't think there is enough of the thing that covers it. It was a really hot day, but I felt like some areas they left not done. The design was not properly communicated to the people who showed up to do the work. I had to go through that with them again. The execution just wasn't there. They just kind of left my mailbox area there. There are weeds growing all over it. I am going to have someone else take care of it, even though I waited half a year and paid all my dues. I am just not willing to go through it, so I will have someone probably take care of it. A lot of the plants are not looking good already. We water them every day unless there is a heavy rain. Some of the plants were planted sideways. A lot of the transplant plants were not planted very well. They are drying out and falling off, and it rained a lot the day after. For the money I spent, I feel like I am going to have to do another round to finish the job.
I am likely to recommend East Coast Landscape Design because they did a great job. I actually have recommended them to a friend already.
The company did a great job and I am very pleased with the finished product!
This company worked on a retaining wall project for my house, fixing up some damage and improving the water drainage. I found working with the owner and his staff that did the work to be a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and worked well with to fix our issues quickly. I would say the one area the company needs to improve is their scheduling department. Getting the work scheduled was challenging and took more time than I was expecting. But when it was scheduled and they work was being completed, I was happy with what was done. I would still recommend this company to others.
I will definitely highly recommend East Coast Landscape Design not just to a friend but other acquaintances with whom I come in contact.
They were helpful in refining the scope of the project and offering material selections. Workers were talented, hardworking, creating a quality installaton.
East Coast Landscape Design did great quality work and were courteous and efficient!
Overall my experience with East Coast was excellent in my retaining wall project. They have the knowledge, experience, certifications, and warranty to back up their work. From the negotiations and planning of the work up front to the crew who performed the work, they were very professional and courteous. I can tell they take pride in their work and doing it right. Would definitely use in the future and recommend.
They were the most accommodating contractor I've ever worked with!
They do very good work and are very patient with their customers.
