Dream Kitchen & Supply   We finished the tile floor weeks before the rest of job was finished and they did not point out the tile, which while it is a little different than the tiles around it' is well within color standards set by the tile industry. When they did tell me about it I offered to fix it at my cost. As far as the point of it taking longer than anticipated, most of the time was waiting for them to make final color selections. I did not promise a specific time for completion as there are so many variables involved in a complete makeover. As they stated we did fix any item they didn't like even though you had to lay on the floor to see some of them. The final payment was not made before the kitchen was complete as they would lead you to believe. The tile was not defective and therefor not covered under warranty, after working with them for months to get what they wanted and within their budget I am sorry they are not happy. We strive to give all our clients a "Dream Kitchen"
