The team at DiFabion Remodeling handled my remodeling project from start to finish with professionalism and lots of great advice - I cannot recommend this group more highly. Whatever your project entails, you can trust DiFabion to get the job done right - and to do the right thing. I've already got ideas for future projects, and I won't hesitate to use DiFabion again.
They exceeded our expectations.
We are definitely glad Difabion Remodeling took on our project even though it was smaller in size. They worked with our idea, presented various options, and made recommendations that improved the final product.
We have already recommend them to friends and we will use them again for any addition work we want done. They have been wonderful!
This was our second time engaging DiFabion for one of our remodeling projects and both time they did an excellent job.
Quality work, excellent planning and all around worry free construction process. Very easy to work with
A pleasure to work with. Project mgr especially professional and competent.
They do an awesome job from beginning to end!! I definitely would recommend them to others!
We came to DiFabion Remodeling with a fairly well developed plan of what we wanted in our kitchen renovation and a high expectation for craftsmanship and project management. They helped us improve on the idea beyond what we had thought through and executed at the highest level to give us a stunning kitchen. Jaws continue to drop when guests walk in the door.
I was very pleased with this company's professionalism, from start to finish.
As an Interior Designer, I have worked with DiFabion Remodeling on several projects. When it came time to renovate my own home, the decision to work with DiFabion was quite simple. I know first hand that their professional performance is of foremost importance and that they deliver an excellent product while being respectful of the homeowner. Communication on a daily basis is the most important component for a successful project and DiFabion 's professional crew was available at all times to answer any questions. I highly recommend DiFabion Remodeling for any residential construction project large or small.
I have already recommended them to friends.
Additions to your home can be a stressful and frustrating time. It is a big project and you want it to be perfect. We could not have been more satisfied with the process we went through with DiFabion and the end result. DiFabion did a great job of making the experience pleasant and even enjoyable. Doug, the lead contractor, has a great eye and amazing attention to detail. He ensures that everyone on the project has the same. We only had very minor issues crop up during construction and each one was addressed immediately with no fuss. We have already recommended DiFabion to several folks in our neighborhood which I guess is the best way to show how enthusiastic we are about DiFabion. Great team, great workmanship, great result!
We are thrilled with our new porch addition. The project was completed ahead of time and on budget. The fact that we hired DiFabion to build our porch a few years after they completed our kitchen remodel, speaks volumes of their professionalism, quality of construction and reliability. They will be your remodeler for life.
I would choose them again for any future remodeling needs.
I am most satisfied with the quality of the work, excellent organization and communication.
Everything I expected. Very professional.
Excellent job! Would hire DiFabion again. 100%
Our relationship started with a small job several years ago – take out a wall to open up two rooms. Simple and straightforward, but we got the full deal – a clear and comprehensive estimate, on-time performance (start and finish), continuous communications, and such attention to detail that you would have sworn that the house was originally built that way. Most contractors would have sent the “B” team for a job like that – Mike does not have a “B” team. So when it came time for the full-house renovation, we knew whom to call.We started with an informal “sit-down” – what were we trying to accomplish…and, more importantly… WHY? How did we like to live…what did we do every day, what did we like in our current home and what would we love to have going forward? Essentially, they wanted to design a home around how we lived, rather than simply renovating what we had today. After a nominal up-front payment to complete the plans, Mike and his team spent weeks designing and estimating an ideal plan for us – they had so many creative, transformational ideas….and when we had thoughts as well, they incorporated those that made sense – and (rightly so) challenged us on some of our ideas that were a bit…”misguided”. Anyway, when all was said and done we had a design that flowed naturally for every “use case” we could imagine: Thanksgiving dinner with our 5 kids and (someday we hope!) dozens of grandkids; alumni club BBQ’s with 60-80 people; large team dinners and neighborhood block parties; and perhaps most importantly, everyday life of breakfast, getting kids off to school, lunch and snacks at the counter, Sunday night dinners with the family. In hindsight, after being back in the home for 6 months, we can honestly say that there is NOT ONE THING we would do differently….incredible. On to the construction phase. First, Mike and the team sat down with us and gave us a week-by-week plan on what would happen and when. And given the size of the job, it was amazing that everything went so well, and on time! Of course, in any significant renovation, stuff will go wrong. And the sign of a great builder is what they do when that happens – and Mike does whatever it takes to make sure that everything is 100% perfect! How does he do this so well? A lot of it comes down to his contractors – either they work for him directly, or he has worked with them for so many years, it’s like they are “part of the family” – and you always do right by your family! And so the result – the level of detail and perfectionism in the finished product is literally flawless. My father (now retired) stayed with us for a week and all he said was “Wow – I’m impressed”. And that’s saying something! Finally, I want to say a few words about the team. Mike has literally hand-selected every person on the team and each one was so good at what they did. Especially Sara, the designer – she really felt personally responsible for understanding us, our family, our lives – and how to design the house (especially the kitchen) to fit the way we lived. By the time we were done, all of them – Mike, Sara, Scott, Rick, and Doug – truly felt like part of our family. We almost did not want the job to be over (wait what?!?). And when we offered to throw them a housewarming party, to show our appreciation for all of their hard work over the 9 months, they said – “Great idea – bring all your friends and neighbors, and we will host it.” I mean, who does that?!? Without hesitation, would definitely recommend DiFabion Remodeling to anyone and everyone – small jobs or big jobs …. you’ll be writing a similar review when he’s done!!!
DiFabion Remodeling did such an amazing job on my kitchen! It was a beautiful job from top to bottom!
We were pleased with virtually every aspect of DiFabion Remodeling's service and workmanship. In one instance I was displeased with the fit of a shower tile around a window casing but didn't think anything could be done to improve it. DR spotted the issue on their own and had their sub fix it.
From the initial consult through completion of the project everyone at Di Fabian was professional, highly skilled and delightfully pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and results. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors and will be hiring them again for my next project.
I was highly impressed by their workmanship, the professionalism of the employees, the fact that they stayed on schedule, and that they kept the job site so clean. I would highly recommend them.
This is the second major remodeling project that DiFabion has completed for us. They are like family members and treat us with great respect while delivering super service and quality. They are the only company we considered for our latest project and will be the only ones we consider next!
We were extremely satisfied and happy with Difabion Remodeling. They did an excellent job and and we plan to recommend them to all of our friends who are planning renovation work.
The actual work done in opening up our space and adding a new room to make it look like it existed all along with the structure of the older part of the house.
Given a remodeling project in a challenging space in our home, DiFabion Remodeling very patiently worked with us to arrive at a design and scope of changes that were affordable and met the objectives that we had laid out for the project. I am very pleased with the results, and with Mike and his team's commitment to getting the job done right.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of DiFabion Remodeling, Inc. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
