TriStar was great. I used them for painting and installing carpet in my new house. They were on time, courteous, and overall a great experience. I plan on working with them again in the future.
This is my second home that I've had re-roofed with them and they did a great job. They came out on the weekend to give me a quote and to start some of the work. They were very prompt in responding to all of my needs. I was very pleased with their service and I'm very happy with the end result.
Fresh Coat Painters did a fantastic job in our home! Our home is updated and looks new. We especially appreciated the fact that they made every effort to ensure that we were pleased with the job they did. We love their work! We will have them come again in the future.
The job took far too long to be completed, and the communication was poor, however the subcontractors did do decent work.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Davinci Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
