All communications were very prompt, and any questions were addressed along the way. Eric, our sales rep, was through and knowledgeable. Jordan in the front office did a great job scheduling and was very patient as we were dealing with our HOA. Leo and Juan were a hardworking crew. We requested a quote in November knowing that we wouldn't be actually painting the house until the spring. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting gave us a quote and let us know that the quote would stand until we were ready to get the house painted. Over the Winter they checked in occasionally letting us know they didn't forget about us and started thinking about booking a month before. After we had set a date to get the house painted, we had to push it back a week and they were super accommodating. They showed up when they said they would, and the painting actually took less time than I thought it would. The crews did a great job, and the couple spots I didn't like, they fixed right away. Our house looks amazing and their customer support was outstanding. I'll definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

We received several estimates from painting companies. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting was reasonable in their estimate. They were hired to paint the exterior of our residence and change the color. Their crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Prep work including power washing, caulking and sealing were completed quickly. They took great care in masking areas that were not to be painted. Painting was seamless and trim work was spot on. The crew including Mauricio, Oscar and Ben were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Overall, the project took only 3 1/2 days. Very easy to work with, fast and skilled crew, good communication about scheduling

These guys were great. Came back to do touch-ups when asked. Worked through scheduling issues. The cherry on top was sending the interns to hang back up the whiteboards and bulletin boards. Top notch work.
