CO Commercial & Residential Painting gave us a great price for what they did. They did a great job on the exterior as well. The interior was a complete mess with no communication as to when the work crew would show up and multiple excuses as to why they started mid to late morning and why it was okay for them to stay well past 5PM (we had to kick them out so that we could cook dinner for our kids). In spite of the fact that I walked through the whole job with the project manager the work crew never got any of this info and repeatedly asked my wife and I what they were supposed to do. I had to go through after they thought they were finished pointing out they were supposed to do the door jambs, replace some of the outside metal edging, point out areas that needed to be touched up and that there were spots on the carpet that needed to be cleaned. Everything up to when the work started was professional and by the book while everything from the point they actually started to when they finished was unprofessional and lacked any sense of planning or actual project management.
I felt that the painters were sloppy and careless with my property.
The team did an excellent job of painting the home.

CCPR did a great job of repairing the trim, caulking and preparing the house to be painted. The total time for the painting was very fast and complete. They went out of their way to ensure which areas needed to be painted what color. The result was correct and done very well.

The painting job done by the crew was great with very minimal places needed minor touch ups. Guys did great. However, my whole experience in general was not that great mainly because of poor organization and communication. Here is what didn't go particularly well: 1. I was told by a manager that painting crew is willing to work on Memorial Day and if I am ok with that they can start that day. That worked for me and we agreed the crew will come in 8:00 am on Monday May, 27. I had to prepare everything for Monday and cancel a few other things for the day to make it happen on Monday just to receive a text 8:50 am on Monday from the manager that crew "didn't realize" it was Memorial Day and they are not coming today. That was bad. To be fair though, crew did make it up the next day and fit 2 days plan into 1 day but it ruined most of my plans for Monday regardless. 2. After job was done and crew departed (I wasn't a home at this time), I gave a call to the manager to talk next steps like walk though to see if there are any missed spots or anything but he didn't picked up phone and never called back. So, we never had a walk though nor did I have a chance to raise my concerns, which I had a few. 3. Got a bill next day with a due day indicating pay immediately, despite that I was told originally that I don't pay anything untill I am fully satisfied with the job. I paid my bill that day anyway but still never heard back from anyone. In the end, I just did touch ups myself because like I said it wasn't anything dramatic. But it definitely wasn't good customer experience overall to don't follow up, send a bill and disappear.
I appreciate Rebecca's help to kick start my project, she helped me a lot with picking colors and understanding of what to expect from the process.
We contacted five contractors, got prompt quotes from three, chose CCRP mainly because of the outstanding service from Brent and his painters. We did a dramatic change of color on our home exterior, and Brent brought samples to apply to our home to make sure we wouldn't have second thoughts once the process was underway. Juan and Clemente took great care to make sure their work measured up to our high expectations, and we couldn't be happier with their attention to detail and friendliness throughout. I don't usually do reviews, but these guys earned this one!

I panicked and changed my mind shortly after selecting the color for all of the walls in our home. Rebecca and the crew were amazingly supportive, patient and helpful with the last minute change even though the original color had already been ordered. Their top priority was making sure I would be happy with the final product, and I certainly was!

The painting job is good. The communication and commitment from Rebecca was extremely helpful, and put me at ease. She was extremely cooperative with my schedule, and it made things go very smoothly. She was top notch. I am also so grateful that Kevin came out on his own time to make sure that I was 100% happy with the resolution of the issue.
