Installer’s professional and amazing work

In all honesty, I did not have a positive experience. Although I had hired CVS before for a very large job, I felt neglected this time around. I only wanted one window done to complete my home. I called CVS and initially, it was a positive experience. I paid in full upfront. The problems were communication with Ray. Ray scheduled me to come out and verify measurements but never showed. I had to call him and he apologized for forgetting and rescheduled. A date was set for the window to be installed when it arrived. The window arrived earlier than the projected 8-10 weeks which was excellent. Ray contacted me to schedule the installation of the window. Ray did not make the appointment and I called after 4 minutes past the agreed time to ask what happened. Ray apologized and set another appointment. Ray came the next day on time and completed the install. Communication was definitely the negative aspect of this experience.

CVS installed quality siding that transformed my house from a weathered cracking uninspiring sided 3-story dwelling to a show stopping property that will maintain its beauty for years to come. The installers took the better part of four days and did an outstanding job to complete the transformation. This is my second time around with CVS as I had them install their vinyl windows on the same house over 7 years ago and I couldn't be happier.

Diaz and his team worked quickly but without compromising any quality of work. They were extremely professional. We couldn’t believe how clean they kept the job site! Everything’s was picked up as they went without so much as a nail left in the yard. They also cleaned up all tools and materials at the end of each day which we really appreciated.

The installation work performed by CVS was excellent. Care was taken by the installers to protect the work area and all debris was picked up during and after the job was completed. The dumpster was delivered the day before the job was started and removed promptly the day after the job was completed.
