Response
Bay Lakes Builders   These particular customers have some exceedingly demanding standards. Some of the claims of cosmetic defects are legitimate. Others we disagree on. In either case, we have been cooperating with them to resolve their concerns. Unfortunately, the very nature of scheduling subcontractor callbacks is not always going to be convenient. That said, we would like to think that our willingness to correct the items they feel are "defects" - even though measurable professional standards of best practice and our own metric of acceptability (i.e. "would I accept this in my own home") don't reconcile with their expectations. As the saying goes, you can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time. But we will keep trying and would like to think the body of our work, including 6 consecutive Guildmaster awards and a 95% recommendation rating over our last 64 new home surveys, will speak greater volumes about our commitment to customer satisfaction.
