Barrios Wagner Builders completed all of the tasks on budget an ahead of schedule. They kept us well informed as the project progressed. The were very professional in all their dealing with us. I worked with BWB after my house was flooded in February. Knowing that I had already been out of my house for over a month, they worked hard to start as soon as they could and finish in a timely manner. The work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Several houses on my block were also impacted by the flood and while I wasn't the first one to start work, I am the first one back in my home. I was so happy with their work that I referred them to my father, who is starting a job with them next month.

The BWB crew is a pleasure to work with -- Humberto, Mike (our project manager) and their sub-contractors too. Excellent communicators. Highest quality of skilled, professional services. Very conscientious about customer satisfaction. Overall BWB experience was very positive, involving total kitchen remodel in 1920's house. The project affected several common rooms as well, and some overhaul of ancient electrical and plumbing systems. I would hire BWB again in a heartbeat.

We worked directly with Humberto (Barrios) and Mark (Wagner) and found them to be personable, capable and open in their communication. Furthermore all of the other on site staff followed this pattern, an important consideration as we continued to live in the home throughout the project. The project schedule presented prior to commencement was always within a day or so at any point throughout. Any difficulties (there are always some) were quickly addressed or alternatives provided.
