Several times I get scheduled and nobody shows up and no explanation is given until I call. Friday someone was supposed to come and until now I do not know why it didn’t happen.

Additional Comments - I am completely satisfied with American Peat control. I have not seen any mosquitos this year and we use our deck a lot. .I am glad we selected American Pest for year round pest control. What makes them so nice is that they perform yard service whether your home or not. Also, they respond to service and emergency calls quickly and satisfactorily. There is not abettor pest control company in town.

The scheduling is pretty tough so if you call for a service, they are likely to schedule it out for a week. It appears there are very few emergency slots and we needed an emergency service. I had to really push and escalate to a manager to get them here and that shouldn't happen.
They are very prompt and responsive, however, I am still having pest issues after several attempts. I am not sure of how effective their product is.
They're still new so I can't judge right now, they just came out.

We love American Pest. We've been very happy with them. They're solid and they're very helpful, and they do a thorough job and they're very adaptable to changing appointments or doing follow up. We've been very happy with them. I'd give them an A. I would have no problem recommending them.
