The installer, Matt Harper, was really good. He explained things in great detail to us and he was very courteous and neat. I would definitely recommend Bath Planet. I would also recommend Matt Harper for any kind of job. That is how impressed we are with him.

We were more than reasonable and there was zero communication from the office staff. Their foreman was ridiculous with communication. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. The owner never reached out to us to make things right or acknowledge anything which is frustrating to me.
