The Restoration part of my service was above fantastic. When it came to the repair part of the service I believe that they got really busy and I got lost within their system.

Demolition was ok. However, they used huge staples to put the plastic barrier up. When they left, most staples were still in the wall and ceiling. The ones that had been taken out left huge holes in our "good wall" which will now need to be filled and painted. I'm talking a good 50 staples, not just a few. Also, we dealt with two different employees who both said two different things about what was going on with our ceiling. A lot of unnecessary back-and-forth.

While the final product looks good on the surface, there was just so many times I had to correct things that I can not recommend them. If you open my cabinets, on the inside, it looks like someone didn't know how to find studs when putting up the cabinets. It looks bad on the inside. I took long 18 weeks for this project to be completed. Part of the issue was the insurance communication. Between my adjuster and Mickey and Julie, it didn't feel like anyone was actually in charge. It was kind of like they weren't professional enough to handle the job and own it well. It was always me second guessing things or asking them to redo things. A lot of things weren't done well the first time. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend them.
