They do great work. I would recommend them for sheetrock removal and clean up of water damage.

From the initial time they came in and talked about the work to be done versus the work actually completed seemed to be much less. I got the bill very late after the work was done. They immediately sent me past-due notices when I had just received the bill.

We had water damage in a finished basement room. 911 came out and setup dehumidifies and dryers as planned and this worked well. They were also supposed to take out all damaged materials and household goods. They did this and left materials in my exterior patio room. They were supposed to take it all offsite. This didn’t happen after at least one come back. I still have bags of wet ceiling tiles to dispose of myself. The rest of their work was fine. They were responsive but I am not certain a their workers were in sync with their management team on what specifically they needed to do with my project.

I have already told my neighbors in the complex and my family how trustworthy and thorough and courteous the people were while I was under stress due to the damage to my home. I will continue to recommend 911 Restoration!!

Employees Professionalism - Being an older person living alone, these men made me feel comfortable and secure and did a super job of deconstructing my bathroom damaged by water from upstairs neighbors. Left the home in clean condition andmade certain the room was dry with no mold threat.

The two guys that were cleaning took very good care of our property as if it was their own. They cleaned pictures, and were very thorough and careful with everything. They always asked if it was okay before they moved or touched anything and they were very courteous.

Areas For Improvement - We were kind of in shock about the fire and I asked Liberty Mutual if someone could come in and just tell me what the damage was and they told me that the only way that they could tell was to send the cleaning company. 911 Restoration said I would need to rip out all of the walls and I trusted that but in the long run, I don't think the cleaning/clothing company needed to be involved. They took all of my belongings from the second floor and left me without things. I was given no choice in that part because they came that night and I was left with nothing.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The owner that came in told us that it was damaged and that the walls needed to be replaced because they would always smell like smoke and I trusted what he was telling me.They did a really good job cleaning other areas outside of the room that caught on fireThey were very thorough.I was very comfortable with what the boss was telling me what needed to be done.I didn't feel comfortable with the cleaning people.

Additional Comments - Mike, Al, and the other gentleman from 911 were very professional.

We were given a quote that was reasonable and when the workers returned to do the job, they gave a quote that was higher and the original contractor denied that it had been the reasonable quote.
