The whole experience start to finish was great. I’ve been burned before with a flood that happened in my house and I lost faith in companies and contractors. Matthew was very responsive to my initial inquiry and setting up an appointment to come out and take a look at the work that needed to be done was effortless.

Communication - Setting up the appointment was easy, Matthew came out, went over the replacement process, took pictures of everything and wrote up a quote and provided details of the current condition of the roof. Once we secured funding, selecting product and setting a agreed upon date was smooth.

Schedule - Due to the high heat, the team had to slow down a bit which I am glad they did. The temps were really high the week they came out and it was great that safety of the team was a big consideration.

Additional Comments - Really happy with our new roof. Our insurance agency was requiring us to replace our roof otherwise they were going to drop their coverage. Matthew was able to come out quickly and offer up different options/potential solutions that didn't require total replacement. In the end we decided to do the full replacement but we really appreciated that he gave us less expensive options. Many companies won't do that and I thought that was honorable.

Fantastic service. The consult was great. I had another color in mind for the flooring but we but when we compared it against the paint color. Oh my no. It was wonderful to have real samples to compare. We worked out a plan. Phase 1. 2 and 3. The gentleman who replaced the flooring were professional and considerate. They did a super job. I highly recommend 787 Construction. I'm hoping to have phase 3 of the replacement flooring and phase 1 of the painting in about a year.
