Communication, organization, and professionalism is lacking and causes unnecessary stress while already dealing with a stressful situation. I was sent to collections over an insurance claim they tried billing me for. This claim took over 6 months to settle on the financial end. This could have been avoided with proper communication, organization of the paperwork and professionalism as a company.
My wife Cali and I are extremely satisfied with 1st Choice Restoration. Their communication was good and there were tons of follow up. Nothing was a miss. They didn't leave any loose ends. We are very satisfied.

1st Choice Restoration Inc. - Kennewick office did a phenomenal job, had great customer service, and were very professional. We had never dealt with a house flood before and they walked us through the whole process and took care of everything for us. Between them and the insurance, they took really good care of us and they did a really good job. It was nice how the supervisors would show up periodically throughout the workday and check the quality of work. And if anything wasn't right or up to speed of their standards, it was getting redone. Our house looks better now than it did before the flood.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Cherie and Matt. They were very good at organizing everything. Dean did an exceptional job leading the work that was done.
