There was a tornado warning that occurred on the day of installation. I talked to the team about the predicted storms and they stated they had a plan. However when the tornado sirens went off, there was still a window that was completely wide open. Thankfully, there wasn't much damage but it felt like a better plan could have been in place. Additionally, when the job was complete the contractor did not go through the project with me and review anything.

To who it may concern at opal. I just love how I may lock my patio door from the top. It's really a game changer on feeling like no one can get into my condo. I'm on the second floor ,but 36 years later I have beautiful doors without the ccol air blowing in as well. I could keep going. To bad I don't have more doors to be replaced.
Ps. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine and the jar of chocolate chip cookies. They were the Best I ever had.

This company does wonderful work; however, they never stop asking for customer feedback. I’m happy to respond with ratings and comments, and I’ve already written a Google review and replied to everything they’ve sent. I appreciate that they care about doing a good job, but they need to relax a bit. You can only ask for compliments so many times before it becomes counterproductive. They’re wonderful, but I’ve honestly lost track of how many times I’ve been asked to provide feedback.
