I liked the good, informative advice we got from our salesperson, Gary. He explained the available products and the replacement process thoroughly, so we knew what to expect. The showroom was near us, so we could see full-size examples of the doors and storm door we were considering. When we had to pause in our decision because of other work that had to be done, the company asked if they could call at a later time - I gave them a date several months in the future, and they called back at that time. The manufacturing and installation process followed the timeline they predicted - there were no delays. The doors were exactly as we ordered and expected. Installation was swift, efficient, and clean, with great attention to detail. Before installation I wondered what it would be like to have great gaping holes in the house where the doors were being replaced, but the installers put up adjustable clear plastic tarps that effectively sealed off the entryways from the interior. The installers were friendly and polite, and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves so well, that the only hint of their presence was that we started the day with old doors and ended with new. And the doors are solid and beautiful! We have received many compliments on them. I have recommended Next Door & Window to my best friend for doors she would like replaced. Finally, this is the second time we have used Next Door & Window - several years ago we had them replace all the windows on the back of our house- we are very happy with those as well!
