Work not completed. Hired IDS in 2019 to complete storm damage. They began work 4 months after contract start date. Project should have taken 4 months. We spent 5 months in a hotel with a family of 8 moving back in to a house that was not move in ready. In January 2020 they fired the project manager blaming him for all delays. On June 2020 the owner, Mike Rose walked away from the unfinished project advising he will not complete the work or warranty any of his work. I now have to hire another contractor to complete the project as well as fix their mistakes. Mike Rose (owner) does not like that clients look for updates and dates for work under a project management timeline. It should never have taken the 4 month delay to start and one year later still not completed! That is poor project management!

They get you to sign a contract and then ignore you. This was not a fun experience with IDS, and I am trying to be careful because the poor people that get paid hourly to come out here did the best they could given the fact that their manager couldn't even count to four.

The IDS Staff and subcontractors were friendly, and professional. Communication with personnel was very good, especially the workers who came in on a daily basis. Randy did an excellent job on the finishing work. Thanks to the entire staff!

Very pleased with how quickly they responded to the needs we required for our roof due to hail damage. Mr. Haifley worked with our insurance company and we were more than pleased with the outcome.I would not hesitate to call on IDS for any other needs that could arise to our home. I had water in my basement from a clogged drain attached to my furnace. I called IDS on a Saturday morning and not only were they at my house within 45 minutes, the owner of the company came out and physically put his hands on the job. Great work by great people. I would 100% recommend IDS anyone and everyone!

Areas Of Satisfaction - Very quick and very professional. I called Nicole Shearer (who is fantastic) and advised of my problem. She called the owner/project manager. Within 45 minutes, on a Saturday morning, the owner of the company was at my house along with a team of employees. Very quick and efficient. Extremely nice and lenient on payments. I work for an insurance agency and they didn't require any down payment. Even when I got the estimate from IDS, I told them the HVAC company accepted liability and they were 100% ok with waiting for them to pay the damages. Very convenient for the homeowner.

I would recommend IDS over and over again, both as a customer of theirs and as an insurance agent. They are fast, courteous, clean, experienced, and local. Very pleased with the work they completed on my kitchen ceiling after a water leak. Amazed at how fast IDS was able to the job, even during the Thanksgiving holiday.

We are very satisfied with all the restoration work done on our home. The employees were very courteous and professional. Their clean-up procedure was remarkable. All questions during the restoration work were answer promptly and clearly. We definitely would recommend IDS to everyone we know. "Hats off".

Their service in applying the solution to my floor was satisfactory. However, Andrew, the work supervisor, submitted an estimate to my insurance to do the repair work. His estimate was approved by our adjuster. After trying 4 days for him to return my phone call to see when they would be able to start, I finally got hold of him. I told him our insurance company accepted his estimate. He was quite curt about the situation. After speaking to him at length, I finally asked him if his company was going to do the job or not, his reply was “ not really” !!!If he didn’t want the job, why did he submit an estimate to our insurance!!!!!!!
