Impact Disaster Services (IDS) can IMPACT your life in a positive way, by providing 24/7 emergency services, and repairing your home or business in a timely manner. For customers, IDS helps to negotiate your claim with your insurance carrier, so that repairs can start immediately. IDS offers you choices to put your home back the way you would like, including any possible changes or upgrades that you might consider. IDS will put things back in the manner that you see fit.

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We have surveyed customers on behalf of Impact Disaster Services in York, PA; Red Lion, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Dover, PA; Harrisburg, PA; Palmyra, PA; Lancaster, PA; Lebanon, PA; Wrightsville, PA; Columbia, PA; and 31 other cities in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
In this report, Impact Disaster Services has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in December 2017. In that time, 25 out of 83 customers (30%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in August 2018.
Impact Disaster Services surveys all of their customers shortly after the completion of work, and their feedback appears in the summary on this page.
