Excellent work done by FAS Windows and Doors.( Orlando area) After the inspection was done, Daniel arrived couple of days later to finish my doors. Just needed a slight adjustment and he did an excellent job. Very professional. Wow we are very impressed with our double doors. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. Am I thrilled with my experience with FAS? Absolutely YES!

I contacted FAS when I discovered the builder-grade entry doors of my 30-year old house needed replacing. Never having dealt with this sort of thing before, FAS guided me through the project. DJ came to my house to measure and discuss options. He really knows the products and was able to answer all of my (many) questions. I settled on a Pro Via door with a beautiful glass design), then chose the Tri-lock system for extra energy efficiency and security.

Understand that FAS does not offer cheap, flimsy doors like you might find in big box stores. Their products are high-quality and may take several months in fabrication, as the doors are made-to-measure for your house. In my case, it was about 2 months, which included the time for adding color by hand to the glass design.

Fast forward to install day...the installer, Mike, was meticulous to a "T". Very careful, excellent work, and cleaned up after himself nicely.

FAS will likely not be your cheapest option, but the reason to go with them is because of their quality products, and excellent service and support. (Go read the horror stories about the big box stores' customer service on door purchases.)

My new doors are absolutely stunning. I kind of can't keep from gazing at them all the time. :)

FAS Windows & Doors is outstanding!

The schedule was no where close! They claimed i had to have all window coverings before the order could be submitted. However the contract clearly stated that needed to be at completion of the job. Then they claimed and I quote " the window company didn't have glass to complete my order " i then got the PO number from FAS. And phoned the manufacturer and asked them what was holding up my order. They told me they just received my order. I asked if they didn't have the glass and the woman on the phone literally laughed out loud for 30 seconds because that was the most absurd thing she ever heard! They lied and lied and lied about just about everything they said. The windows themselves are great. The men who installed the windows were amazing and super professional. The salesman and office staff at FAS is horrible. I would strongly recommend you look for other companies that purchase the same windows!!

I needed new windows for my unit. The windows are a great improvement to my property. The sales process was short. I had to wait more for the windows to be made that I wanted. Be aware of the installation crew. I was not happy with them. They did not perform an outstanding job.

I plan on getting the rest of the windows for my house elsewhere.

Great Company. I purchased Simonton windows and PGT sliding doors. A window sash was replaced after it had several glass scratches. The PGT doors had several unacceptable glass scratches across the panels that required 3 visits in order to be re-ordered and replaced. The doors are great products and designs, but their quality control were low. I received no compensation from them for the inconvenience on taking time off from work.
