The most positive thing working with Eastbrook Homes was our real estate agent. She was very quick to respond, attentive, helped us throughout the process. However, the construction manager, we are still not done with building. It is two months after we closed, and it is still not complete. We have had a hard time getting responses.
Overall, the whole experience was very easy and went well. The Eastbrook team that we work with kept us informed on the timeline and was always available for any questions that we had.
Our designer left shortly after we met and felt she was pushy wanting things her way and pushed me into paint color I didn’t prefer. Our site manager was very unorganized, told me he had ADHD, was nice but not qualified. Could NOT multitask. I had to remind him constantly. I hear he was let go from his position with EB. Don’t know where the ball fell but our custom island was never ordered and we were delayed two months getting in. Many things went wrong along the way starting in excavating day when they called and told us we needed to make a quick decision because our lot was not right elevation for the tall daylight windows that were already approved.
We appreciated not having a construction loan, Eastbrook's approach to building - quality contractors and tight timelines, quality of materials, their integrity in standing behind their homes and commitment to their clients.
I would recommend but I would also tell them some of the draw backs.
EH builds a good house. There are opportunities to improve in design issues and landscaping follow through.
Yes I would recommend Eastbrook builders! A great team respecting my wishes!
There were many mistakes made by the builder during construction. They turned a blind eye to many issues unless we were relentless in our efforts to get what we were contracted to get.
Building process went as expected and Eastbrook met their expected timeline. We’ve also been happy with the quality of the home.
