We spoke with several companies to get estimates for replacing the wood siding with Hardiplank and new gutters. They were the lowest quote we received but sat on the estimates for a while. We spoke with others who used DuraCraft for siding and seemed pleased with the job so we booked our job. The job started on time and the crew did a full walk through with me to explain what they were doing and to see if I had any questions. The were good about letting me know when they found rotted windows or any other damage and gave me the choice to fix it . After each crew finished, they did a walkthrough with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. They finished in a timely manner and both the siding and paint job look fantastic! They went above and beyond. They offered to pressure wash the front of our house as well. During the siding process a window was broken and they made no fuss about ordering and installing a new piece of glass. I would highly recommend DuraCraft.

I found DuraCraft to be very professional in all aspects of their service. The salesman was very responsive and available when I needed to speak to him. He listened to our issues and reacted to every concern in the contract signing.They assigned a super team to install the hardie board and shingles. The team of installers were here every day and on time. If they came to an issue that required a decision to be made, they came to us for our input, they made recommendations that were helpful and in the end, they did what we wanted done. The DuraCraft team completed the job in the estimated time frame. After the work was completed and paid for, there were several very minor touch ups that were needed. Duracraft came out immediately and made the needed changes. We were completely satisfied with everyone at DuraCraft, the salesman, the installing team, the office staff and management. Going through a project of this magnitude is no easy task, but DuraCraft made it as pleasant as humanly possible. Their workmanship and work ethics were outstanding. I was known as a perfectionist with over 25 yrs. of experience in carpentry and painting having my own contracting business, but I was schooled by some true artist. The siding and paint are beyond anything I ever imagined. Some of the comments my friends have made after seeing my house were "It looks fake", It looks as if it was molded as one piece", and "Did they use the same paint used in pick-up beds". From quote to completion of our re-siding project, Duracraft of Georgia was a class act. They have a very good record of recommendations. Their sales approach was straightforward. Their quoted price was reasonable. Crews were on-site when they were supposed to be and kept us informed about any work schedule changes (e.g. rain delays). Crews were well equipped, skilled, and courteous. Their office staff was well organised and kept on top of the project. There no attempts to upsell questionable additional work, but they were responsive and reasonably priced out changes we requested during the project. Angela is wonderful at keeping the client up to date on anything related to their project. She did all of the scheduling and coordinating. She is a great contact between the client and the company. Tommy is the field supervisor and he does a great job every time. Tommy is great with the follow up and ensuring the customer is 100% satisfied with the work performed T.C. stepped in for John Powell and he is doing a great job as well. The man who installed my doors did an excellent job. The man who replaced my gutters also did an excellent job. Waltior was the crew leader for the siding and he did a great job not only doing the work but being a good leader for his men.

I was very pleased with the entire experience working with DuraCraft and all of the people involved. Siding and gutters are their strengths but they will correct anything you are not completely satisfied with.
