Here when they said they would be here. Hard working,and the windows are nicer than i anticipated.

I was impressed with the handling of the changing of my windows.

The installer messed up my plants. I asked if I needed to move anything. He did not say anything. I am pissed off about my plants. I love my plants. There were two guys, and one kept coming back and forth to work on the project. I do not understand that. I am very dissatisfied with the professionalism of the employees. One of the guys stayed the whole time. He was the only one who was doing what he was supposed to do. I did not understand how only one person could do it.

My experience is not completed yet, I am waiting for follow up. Too soon to determine

You left out a very important part of the install. New windows would eat up a good portion of the inside windowsill, the blinds we had paid so much to have installed now don’t fit and stick out at least an inch- 2inch, had I known this I would not have done it. Or I would have insured the windows stay the same dimensions inside.

I might recommend to a friend. But almost $6000 for 4 windows seems like a lot of money. I know there are many people and steps involved in getting new windows. So I would recommend but encourage a friend to shop around.

The sash pulls come off when used to open windows. The black finish scratches easily.

They were very efficient and I am satisfied with the work they did.

Everything appeared to go very smoothly, and they made a few adjustments and worked it out fine.

Everything was done very well and the pricing was more than fair.

The installers were fantastic with taking care to protect everything around also taking the extra effort to be sure everything was perfectly level and complete!! Very nice work. The final measurement was great as well. I know this is a very important part of the entire process and he did a great job!! The sales portion of the process I did not enjoy at all. I always want to see all of my options before I decide on how I want to spend thousands of dollars!!! Otherwise, I will recommend Window Nation!!

The windows have reduced noise from street waiting to see how they effect utility bills.

Window Nation is very responsive, but the windows are good quality, not great.

Honestly I have 3 issues. My a/c window unit in my bedroom would not fit into new windows. There was an understanding error with 2 of my windows. I was under the assumption they would open towards the outside. And my side door started squeaking real bad. I am waiting to hear back about the door.

Window Nation was very professional. The staff was friendly, and the installation team was amazing.

We have an issue with dinning room windows and can’t get anyone to call us back. My sale person is no longer with the company

This company was super quick and efficient with our windows, extremely clean to the point of you wouldn’t know they were ever there!

Everything about the whole process was awesome. From talking to Damian, the salesman, to the installation team, everyone was great. They were professional and made it easy. They answered every question I had. I rate them a 10 out of 10!

The product quality wasn't really good at all, and the finished quality was not good.
