Thank you for a beautiful and functional outside bathroom, porch addition to our pool area.

Areas Of Satisfaction - First of all, we had been working with a previous designer and company and the process was taking a long time and we felt that we were not given priority since according to them, it was a small project. It was taking months just to get through the design process. The budget we had set was unrealistic however, that was never relayed to us and communication with the company slowed and was infrequent. We were always left wondering where we were in the design process. On a whim, I walked into the Willet Construction showroom and spoke with Jenny Samek. She gave me information on the spot about how the company could work with us a date was set to evaluate our project. From the initial consultation to the end of the project, we always knew where we were at as far as the schedule went, and also the decisions that needed to made. We were also given a realistic estimate of our project at the very beginning so we knew what we had to do financially. Using the builder trend program made the project go even smoother. All of the subcontractors were very easy to work with and did high-quality work.
