I don't know if its something that the company requires or if this was Steve's personality. If he was going to be late, he always called, and Steve got back to me very rapidly. It was nice to see someone who wanted and appreciated your business. I thought Steve did a very nice job.

I would recommend the company, but Steve or his office. If one person (like Steve) makes a mistake, it is not fair to punish everyone else. We chose Universal Windows Direct because of their great ratings by the Better Business Bureau.
