The concierge that came and oversaw what happened with the project did a very good job, and I was very happy and satisfied since he helped me out with the whole 9 yards. However, they never came to pick up the garbage that they left here, and there's still a lot of stuff there that they never came back for.

This was THE worst experience of my life...things taken without asking, broke things and just put it back without saying, missing items, they packing was the absolute worst, things just thrown, unlabeled in the box, all the electronics wiring just put all together in a box not labeled, items removed thar were no where near the damaged area....the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE vanity was not replaced like the one that didn't need to be removed

I am very happy with the service that was provided. They worked with me on the timing. The work that was done was excellent. Everyone I worked with, from the lead to the workers, were all pleasant, and very nice. I am happy with the work that was performed.

I liked the company very much. They responded quickly and the inspector was extremely helpful and friendly. The gentlemen who came out to do the work were extremely hard-working and professional.

They are one of my insurance company’s preferred vendors and it was promised to be faster and more convenient than choosing my own contractor for the repairs. What I ended up getting was a project manager who was overwhelmed juggling multiple projects, communication that was inconsistent and decisions made without my consent and then a “so what, it’s done” attitude when questions and concerns were raised.The ownership promised personal attention to any issues that didn’t meet their commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence. After more than 48hrs of waiting for a response I can only assume that commitment was paper thin and not a real commitment to resolving issues.Liberty Mutual needs to reevaluate their relationship with Thomasville and not push them as a “preferred vendor”.

The Thomasville teams (mold mitigation, moving & storage and restoration) were outstanding with bringing our flooded basement back to life. The different crews went above & beyond to help us. Mike, Brandon, Dio, Josh, Sergio & Christian (to name a few) were prompt, friendly & professional. We would highly recommend this company for flood remediation, mitigation, moving & storage and remodeling that you need.

The Thomasville workers showed up on time, did good work, and left a clean work area. I was kept informed of delays due to supply chain issues, and never had any problems with communication.

The project manager was very nice but inexperienced. The floor contractor was very rude, very threatening and did a terrible job.

I don't think I would do that. I don't have friends who need work done.
