Roof looked good but I had some issues. A crack in my skylight which they repaired, a dent in a fascia that I am still waiting to be replaced, a hole in a canvas roof of a screen room which I didn't bother to bring to their attention and a nail through an AC line that cost me $2500 to replace - Skylight did agreed to reimburse me $600 (not particularly happy with that amount). Since then I have noticed other contractors mark the roof areas where AC lines enter the attic to prevent this from happening so definitely a consideration when choosing a roofer had I known and a reason not to give a positive recommendation .

After over 10 quotes I finally decided to go with Skylight Roofing because it had great reviews as well as the brand of shingles I was looking for. They took care of all the necessary permits and did an excellent job. They did my roof in one day, which shocked me because I have a pretty big roof, but then again they had a crew of like 8 people so that was a piece of mind because Hurricane Milton was rapidly approaching. They did clean every single thing in the surroundings of the house, not one nail left behind to give me a flat tire. After a week of the work being finished I noticed there was debris from the project on the garage attic, so I called my sales rep and she sent the crew right back and they cleaned up my attic and left it free of debris. From communication to warranties to the speed of the project I loved Skylight Roofing and will 100% recommend

Overall, a positive experience for a roof installation. The workers arrived, conducted the job professionally, and left the property clean.

Daniela the sales associate was great just a little improvement on contracts and paper handling but she was very attentive ..David the supervisor and crew were excellent.. David was all the time on the roof overseeing the whole project - workmanship was very good with attention to detail. Management was impossible to reach to discuss details or issues during the project and not willing to negotiate with their customers - but Daniela and David were great…!! They need to be empowered to resolve issues when management doesn’t answer calls from customers.

Ricardo is the best! His communication is superb. He let me know what's going on every step of the way since we don't live at the house. Highly recommend this company. They did an fantastic job and we had zero issues. Price is also very reasonable!

Honestly, they would not be a bad company with better communication. The office staff, when I did reach them, were helpful, pleasant, and courteous. But the communication problem was a big barrier. The company was not communicating with us.

The employees were on time. They worked adequately, and quickly. I was surprised at how quickly the roof was completed. I was satisfied with the project manage on site Guillermo. He gets 5-stars from me!
