They let me know when they were pulling the permit, scheduling appointments, and when the inspector was coming. I loved how they kept me up to date on everything. They were very professional with the installation. They were very fast. They got my roof done in one day. My neighbors came and told me they were impressed with how quick and professional they were. Honestly, they would not be a bad company with better communication. The office staff, when I did reach them, were helpful, pleasant, and courteous. But the communication problem was a big barrier. The company was not communicating with us.
The employees were on time. They worked adequately, and quickly. I was surprised at how quickly the roof was completed. I was satisfied with the project manage on site Guillermo. He gets 5-stars from me!
