They have no clue as to what they are doing. Inhad to let them go and bring in Servpro of Phenix City to finish the job they did a horrible job on. Asked for the owner to call me and left voicemail but never heard from him. He sure did collect from my insurance company when they shouldn't have been paid a dime.

The workers of ServPro were professional, reassuring and took care in going through the stages of setting things up. They made me feel like I wasn't going through it alone and that it would get better. I appreciate their compassion, reassuring words, professionalism and care. They took care not to create any additional damages. They came on time, they were prompt, professional, compassionate and helpful. They were reassuring. It was a pleasant experience. It's comforting when someone tells you that they are going to take care of things, and that it's going to be ok, especially when you've had damage done to your home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has had damage to their home. They take care of the problem and expedite what's needed to save you from additional damages, due to unexpected incidences. They went as far as to come out after business hours. I appreciate all that they have done.
