I was pleased with the service I received from the company. They were professional, the work was done in a timely manner and they protected everything in my home that needed to be covered.
The team was great, and the job was very well done.
Our insurance claim after a storm covered damages to our roof, carport and siding. The roof was fixed to our satisfaction. Contractors were scheduled for the siding and carpet twice and never showed up. We terminated our contact with Recromax
The quality of work was excellent. I do wish that it didn't take a month to complete. Perhaps you could have put more than 1 man on the job.
I am not likely to recommend because their subcontractor was very hard to work with.
The Recromax crew was professional, friendly and able to answer all of our questions.
I worked with Kayla most of the time. She was very responsive, very communicative, and very helpful if I had any issues.
They need to be more careful choosing subcontractors. The subcontractors they hired did a horrible job. Recromax had to come in and redo everything. They did repair everything.
The team was not very responsive and communication is lacking.
Working with this company was the most stressful, unprofessional mess! In the end someone had to intervene though our insurance to get the job completed and correct.
It took a year and half to get the job completed. We are still negotiating with Recromax about pricing. We were finally satisfied mostly with what they did, but there are still some issues.
I'm just glad it's over. I just want to move on. There are a couple of good employees there. It wasn't a good experience. It was a very underwhelming experience from start to finish. I would never put anyone else through that. The head of construction was very nice. I got a good laugh from my friends at the work the contractor did. They sent the same manager back after I said I was done with that guy. They left dents on my floor. They said once they got paid from Alacitry they would address it. I finally called up their accounting people. It took another three weeks to get it done. I still had to deposit a check 6 weeks after the job. I'm shocked John McCreery is there at all. It boggles my mind. I don't have to follow my 13-year-old kid around as much as I had to follow him around. I had to follow a grown man around and follow up when they are getting paid a ton of money to get things done.
They were good, but it took a while for them to accomplish the job. Overall I was satisfied.
Original Recromac supervisor did nothing for six months. Second supervisor was helpful, but subcontractors did not do quality workmanship causing many reworks. Plumbing was not performed by a licensed plumber, causing us to hire a licensed plumber to correct the plumbing problems after signing off for Recromax final completion and final payment. The subcontractors ruined our wallpaper for which we were never reimbursed, but we absorbed this cost to end this nightmare.
We had a few issues but RecoMax always made it right
Area Of Satisfaction - Recromax was efficient and professional and did a good job. Allstate is a great insurance provider and they made the process very easy and efficient over all. I am satisfied. Alacrity handled the minor issues that arose quickly and professionally to my satisfaction. Very pleased overall and grateful.
I think overall they need to work on how they talk to people. One of the guys Chris was very rude and mean. A lot of times he didn't want to hear the fact that I was at work and couldn't leave work. He wasn't very oriented. One of your guys came and they put their ladders on my screen and tore my screen. The ones that did the carpets, drywall, and ceilings, those guys get 5 stars. The workers were amazing.
Recromax did great work. They were very reliable during a very stressful time, post hurricane.
everything was great except they never came to pick up their trash I had to arrange to do it myself
The people that they use to remove the items from the house should be more professional. I think people should treat the house like it is their house. They should not just throw things.
They have done a great job, given the circumstances against Hurricane Micheal.
I'm not saying they don't get the job done but they don't get it done at the time they said it will be done. Even when the job is done there is a lot of flaws. My carpet was not finished correctly. Some painting was done and it was not done correctly or not a fine job. Not in a satisfactory way.
Recromax, works for the insurance company, not the homeowner.
I would not recommend them.
All the contractors were great, but the painter was never on time. I cannot blame the whole company for that. It was just the one contractor. Overall, all the other guys were excellent.
