The management was not very cooperative to people and the clients. They are also rude.

Sorry, I did not think Puroclean was helping my situation at all. They ran more equipment than necessary and did not remove the source of the water damage first. They kept telling me they had to get approval from my insurance company first. How do you do that when you show up after 6:00 pm on a Friday? Once my adjuster arrived and assessed damage, I sent Puroclean away and brought in a company I thought was much better, less expensive and professional. Puroclean kept purshing paperwork at me to sign because they worried more about payment then my house. If storm damage ever happened again, I would not call Puroclean. I would call 1-800 WaterDamage. Extremely professional and did not run costs up.
Of course, it was unfortunate circumstances that we required the services of PuroClean. However they helped us through and helped our lives get back to normal. I can't say enough good things about our PuroClean professionals. Two ladies came and kept us informed of progress, were friendly and hard working. A real pleasure to deal with and we are very grateful to them. Thank you, Pam Kassner
