Each day they cleaned up after the days work beyond any expectation my wife and I may have considered reasonable. The roofing foreman, Marvin, and his entire crew were great to work with. It was evident on a daily basis that they were concerned about the quality of their work. The same could be said about Gomez, the foreman and his gutter crew. The quality of their workmanship was evident in the finished product. I can't stress enough how professional, courteous and caring these workers were during the two weeks it took to complete the work on our home.

Pat sent daily updates on the work that had been done the previous day with pictures, and all were extremely responsive to any questions I had throughout the project.

The Novalis crews did an outstanding job replacing my damaged garage studio roof after a large tree fell onto it. The roofers replaced broken support beams and other sections and expertly installed a new roof. The gutter people replaced broken gutters with superior gutters and corrected the faulty angles.
And the carpenters repaired the broken drywall ceiling section perfectly. You can’t tell it was ever damaged.
In addition, all the work crews did a meticulous cleanup afterwards.

The roof and window installations went smoothly and everything looks great. The on-site PM was very helpful by answering our questions and overseeing the crew to make sure any trickle installation steps were well thought out. The gutter expert adapted the way he installed the gutters to fit with our home structure even changing the downspout color when the exterior walls went from brown on the top to white on the bottom. He worked with us to overcome some issues we had in the past. The crew cleaned up every night and left our property cleaner than they found it.
