Overall, very good service and workmanship. The installation operation is an impressive, well-oiled machine, and the roofing crew (all Latinos) appeared to be well cared for, which is heartening given the times in which we live. We experienced one post-installation glitch that may affect the company in the short run, in that the employee who sold us the package (Justin) abruptly left the company literally the week after our installation, explaining why he did not return the following week for inspection and our phone calls were not returned.
