Several complaints: 1) You upsell a la carte style so the budget keeps creeping up; be upfront about total likely costs, and update your invoice, 2) your managers and team members don't communicate the latest work plan and next steps; use a step-by-step checklist to show homeowners what to expect and the latest updates, with contact info: phone and email address.

Lying. Manipulation. Elder abuse. Tricked into signing things without having them explained to me. Overcharging. NO WRITTEN DETAILED QUOTE. NO PROPER COI PROVIDED WITH MY NAME AS CERTIFICATE HOLDER. No final walkthrough. Threatening to walk off the job when my attic was totally exposed because I wanted an independent inspector. Attic with debris and possible damage. I am still hearing boards falling overhead. Roof appears to be bowing/flexing. Plywood used was 1/2", not 1 inch as I was told. Lying to me about my roof size, telling me it was 2400 sq ft (Aidan), when it is 1760 sq ft. Lying about the squares needed and the pricing, and a senior discount, therefore overcharging.

Caused some water damage to the interior of my house and took 5 months to restore it

Could not recommend due to sales person lying and having to deal with him for 3 days.

No one checked the completed installment nor called us back with our issues we shared. They came replaced roof and those workers left. We noticed insufficiency!!!! I’ve been so irritated that I haven’t wanted to speak to good leap, until we’ve heard back from NewHaus mainly Moody.

The quality of the work and the crew that installed the roof. It's not only gorgeous, it's strong. I stop and look at it everytime I go outside. I should have done this years ago, but glad I waited.

price went up 60% when found damage wood, was not notified that we could stop work and get other bids. Marcus said he would be on site during work, he was not, only showed up to collect funds, was not even here when permit guy came by the first time. One day it was raining, the crew had on rain gear and hoods, it was more than light rain. and roofers were still on roof, we called Marcus and he said "its not raining in San Jose"! then he said they had to lay a few shingles for inspector, the inspector left 45 minutes ago! overall we felt taken advantage and needed to keep an eye on the project because Marcus was not around

I was so excited about getting my roof fix i wasn’t thinking i had my Mother and my Brother put loans in there names that i have to pay back now that I talked to other people they say i should get a lawyer 98000 for a roof in the 75232 area for that much y’all should have fixed the side and back of the house he took pictures now i cnt sleep

They quoted me a price and then came back and raised the price by $11,000.
