When it could not be removed from the asphalt part, their compensated me for the cost to have it recoated. When one of the their ladders dented the gutter in the back, they had it replaced at no cost to me. After dealing with 2 other roofing companies a friend referred me to Modern Renovations and I'll forever be in his debt! They showed up for consultations on time, explained and offered options to my problem, and never pressured me one way or the other. Work was done in a timely manner much to my satisfaction and I would recommend them to anyone with a roofing concern or need.

Excellent experience. The job was completed ahead of schedule. It only took four weeks instead of six.

The workmanship and installation appears to be very good. I personally walked the roof and inspected the installation. The only beef I had with the installation crew was the clean up could have been better. I found numerous roofing nails in my driveway after the crew left. When backing in their trailer they displaced the gravel and rocks bordering my driveway which I ended up repairing myself. All in all I would use them again.Frederick T Barrett III
