There was the initial touch of the owner coming out to look at the job and make the right recommendation for what needed to be done with honesty and transparency. I think that set the tone for everything else that took place. Then the crew came in and was very professional and courteous. From what I saw, Modern Renovations did an excellent job.

language barriers with contractors at times was tedious. Generally there was only one person on a crew who could converse in english. I believe there was confusion on communicating my needs with one of the Leads. cooperation and desire to do top-notch work to the best of their understanding was always there though.

Careful explanation of job to be done. Excellent work crew. Pleased that an employee made an appointment to stop by after the work was done to check on its quality and to ask if I had any concerns.

Did not inform me of installation process upfront. I had to request to come back out and fix damages, install siding correctly.

The estimate process was thorough and Larry was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of the details of the estimate and answered all of our questions. He actually gave us a color recommendation that we ultimately used.
