I thought everything was great! The team tried their best to get the full roof covered from hail damage, although they did not, their efforts were amazing! Install went well and everything looks great! Only complaint was they did the install with snow on the ground and some debris was left behind. I completely get it though. I don't think they saw it.

Shawn was great, came to the house right away, assessed the roof of the house and garden house and worked with our insurance company to get the job completed beyond our satisfaction. Five stars !!

Really helped with very detailed pictures of the roof, with detailed report, 3times (!) to prove to the insurance company that the damage was from the spring hail storm. They also noted to us that there was no roof pipe for the bathroom vent! They cut a hole and installed this to correct the moisture staying in the attic.
We really appreciated all they did, including bringing samples, gave an estimated date to start, started early on that day and finished complete job in 1day. Blew off the roof and cleaned up around the whole yard. Beautiful and well done!! Thanks very much!

Except for one glitch with Mike Vokes, communication was excellent from start to finish. The project manager, Tim Rapp, was onsite the entire time. Crew worked hard in extreme heat. Everything was cleaned up and the worksite looked better than when they arrived.

When I contacted Whalen after the hail damage episode, I was greeted by very friendly Tiffany. I informed her that I would like someone to come and check my roof for damage. Shawn called me immediately and was very understanding when I told him that I had an insurance adjuster coming the next day to give an estimate on the damage. He wanted to be there at that time and was here to hear what the adjuster had to say and then relayed the information to me. I contracted with Shawn for Whalen to install a new roof. Tiffany kept me informed when the work would be completed. When they arrived, Kenny introduced himself to me and let me know that if I had any questions to contact him throughout the day. The crew arrived and had the job completed that day. They were all very courteous and cleaned everything up. I had a few extras that I wanted done and Kenny came the following day with several crew to complete. I would recommend and have recommended Whalen to others.
