Work and product are exactly what we wanted. Crew did not go into the house after installation and clean up the shingle pieces and nails in the attic, or the fall out on the bathroom floor under the skylight on the date of service. I made an appointment for clean up. Eric was an hour late, didn’t bring a shop vac, used my vacuum and told me the contract states that “we don’t vacuum, we just sweep.” As great as the product and installation, I was disappointed in the customer service.

I thought on site supervision was less than I expected. I felt I had to request it and that should not be necessary when you selected the high bidder.

Highly recommend very professional, in communication and service!
