I would recommend them to a friend because I am very satisfied with experience. They're very neighborly, on time, and responsive. I had a couple of gripes that have happened and they were very responsive about those things. I had a dogwood tree got smashed and they offered to replace it, but it wasn't the end of the world. Everything can be fixed.

Communicate that I had to have some sheathing replaced before it was done. A quick photo, location on the roof and the heads up it was happening would have been appreciated. Or even after it was done. I was home all day. I found out on the invoice. Supposedly a piece of fascia was also replaced but neither myself or the sales guy could find it. The fee was deducted from my payment.

MEC Builds did an excellent job from start to finish. They were so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a home improvement project.

I am upset that they did not take the rocks out the gutter. I was in my kitchen and heard them say that the vent was not done right and all the stuff come down on my gas top stove.

Couldn't be happier with this company. Communication and customer service excelled. Never too busy to answer a question.. Crew showed up at appointed time and got to work. Installation process proceeded like a well oiled clock. Very professional. Job was completed in one long day and clean up was perfect. I had another company doing roof work on a different building a few years ago and was picking up nails for weeks afterward. No nails with this crew. Will recommend highly to family and friends.
