I got a number of bids from other contractors. MAD Roofing out shined them all. I couldn't have been happier with Matt, the owner. He was so professional and such a great communicator on what was happening and where we were in the process. I would definitely recommend.

Communication was very poor. We never knew who was showing up or exactly when. We let the dog out into the backyard early one morning only to discover the gate was open and someone was already on the roof. Unacceptable. We're also still finding nails and old shingles in our bushes. That's in addition to the unused new nails left in our driveway for a week.

I'd recommend them to a friend because they performed all the work within one day. They did need to clean up, but with how fast they did everyhting and cleaned up everything, it was okay with me.

After they did the roof, they must have hit my vent on the roof and knocked it out. It was connected to my washer and dryer, and when I used the washer, it flooded my bathroom downstairs. Because it went through the ceiling in the basement and got on some of my carpet. They told me they would compensate me with a dinner because I had to clean up the mess, and they never did.

Everyone we worked with at MAD Roofing was excellent. Joshua helped us from the start with inspections, working with our insurance company, and advice. The installation crews were magnificent, such hard workers and did the complete reroofing in one day. Follow-up has been excellent as well. Couldn’t have been happier with MAD Roofing and would readily recommend them to anyone.
